South Plains Volleyball Officials (SPVO) is a member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO). It is the task of SPVO to train and schedule volleyball officials for UIL and TAPPS schools within the South Plains area of Texas. It is the goal of SPVO to develop highly skilled officials for every level Junior High through Varsity.

Many schools in the SPVO Chapter will schedule scrimmages as a direct fundraiser for the Chapter. All SPVO Members are required to participate at various schools for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours. Members will be able to sign-up at the 1st SPVO Chapter meeting - August 3, 2025.
